Our home has been a labour of love that has undergone a total transformation from a 1950s cream brick conventional home which has been renovated throughout, to a beautiful solid sandstone villa.
The renovations had been done in consultation with heritage advisers and the outcome is a building that looks like it has been here in the township for at least 100 years.

We renovated the existing house and created 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and lounge/study area. The stunning open plan living area is at the front of the home which allows you to take in the beautiful views of this picturesque tree line avenue.

Local craftsman were used for the renovations.
Carpenters from Hahndorf, completed 1st and 2nd fix.
The joinery was from local Hahndorf Joiner, Tiana joinery.
He manufactured the highest quality Western red cedar windows and doors. Local solid Sandstone was sourced from Basket Range and bricks from Littlehampton. Tasmania black butt floors in main living area and Alby Turner solid American oak kitchen with stone benches and European appliances. Bathrooms have marble and European sanitary ware.
No expenses spared and attention to every detail have been very important to us.
