The brief for our custom built home was for a family home that was elegant and sophisticated yet practical and functional.

Our design focus was heavily influenced by contemporary European and Australian design which can be seen though light filled open spaces such as the family living, dining, kitchen space as well intimate private spaces such as the master suit with private court yard and seclude second living area. Structural features that helped create a light filled open home include 2.7 meter ceiling heights, 2.4 meter doors, oversized windows, architectural louvers and square set cornices.

All the way through our home we have selected high fixtures and finishes to compliment the home such as beautiful natural materials like smoked and limed engineered oak flooring, designer New Zealand wool carpets, elegant quality window coverings and natural honed Carrera marble just to name a few.
